My Story
My mother taught piano and was my first teacher. At 12 years old, I helped her teach beginning students as a tutor. I majored in music at Albion college and later at Michigan State University, East Lansing. I had a studio in my home in Los Gatos for 25 years, teaching individual lessons, theory, composition and piano classes. When I moved to Arizona, I opened a smaller studio in my home and am still teaching.
My goal is to help people find a way to relax and get rid of stress. Music opens the heart and takes us above our problems. I love playing and I love sharing what I love to do with others. I choose music that opens my heart to love.

I offer Zoom or in person classes. In person lessons include masks & social distancing. Piano keys & door knobs sanitized between students.
